1		Q		What Languages are on the machine?
		A		English, French, German, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese (Mandarin).

2		Q		Does it matter which way you mount the racket on the machine?
		A		No. You may mount the racket anyway on Baiardo

3		Q		How Do I release the clamps?
		A		There are two ways: 1) by using the lever on the clamp 2) press the button the bottom of the clamp. Option 2 is best if the clamps are in a tight section between strings and the frame during stringing

4		Q		How do I lock the clamp?
		A		First you need to engage the lever on the clamp by pushing down, then you need to turn the lever on the clamp base until it clicks which ensures it is locked.

5		Q		How do I adjust the teeth on the clamp?
		A		There is a tightening screw on the clamp by the teeth, please carefully adjust, as clamping too tight on the strings can result in damaging the string.

6		Q		Will Baiardo remember my last setting?
		A		During the BEST setting, Baiardo remembers your last setting once you press the check box.
