How Do I release the clamps?

There are two ways: 1) by using the lever on the clamp2) press the button the bottom of the clamp. Option 2 is best if the clamps are in a tight section between strings and the frame during stringing

First you need to engage the lever on the clamp by pushing down, then you need to turn the lever on the clamp base until it clicks which ensures it is locked.

How do I adjust the teeth on the clamp?

There is a tightening screw on the clamp by the teeth, please carefully adjust, as clamping too tight on the strings can result in damaging the string.
